Ordering Procedure

Our minimum order is $200 (excluding freight & GST). Orders under $200 will incur a $12 surcharge.

Initial orders are always on a Pro-Forma basis. Credit terms are available to approved customers only.

Placement of an order with G & G Bros Group (Aust) P/L comfirms acceptance of the company's policies and trading terms in regards to ordering, payment and returns.

Payment

Payment terms are nett 30 days from DATE OF INVOICE.

A settlement discount will apply for account customers if payment is made within 7 days.

All goods supplied remain the property of G & G Bros as long as the account balance remains outstanding.

Warranty

All G & G Bros products carry a 6 month warranty (from date of invoice).

Returns

Any faults or damages must be reported to G & G within 7 days of receipt of goods.
